Payment Options at The Sunglass Fix
The Sunglass Fix accepts Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Deposit and personal cheques. We also accept credit card payments over the phone for those of you concerned with providing credit cards over the internet. However, we have a strict policy of encrypting all card details and NOT storing anything on our website. It's very secure.
1) Paypal and credit cards are processed immediately through our website and are required by all customer outside of Australia.
2) 1800-SUN FIX (Phone Payments)
Our operators are more than happy to process credit card payments over the phone. Just call our toll free number once your order is placed. Please have your Order ID from your invoice ready for the operators.
3) Direct Deposit and phone payments should be made as soon as you check out to prevent processing delays. The payment information will be included on the bottom of your electronic invoice for your convenience.
Please include your Order No (located under the Order Details section of your invoice) in the direct debit reference field.

4) Personal or Cashier Cheques
- Cheques should be included with your sunglasses when returned in our Home Pick Up and Delivery package.
- Please make the checks out to THE SUNGLASS FIX PTY LTD
- A charge of $30 AUD will be assessed to any checks that can not be processed due to insufficient funds.
